THE ROLE

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing timely, accurate and courteous customer service to all customers in a professional manner. The Customer Service Representative will also be responsible for assisting customers with product information, order status, and order issues.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greeting and assisting in-store customers 
  • Answering phones and providing helpful solutions
  • Provide product suggestions and recommendations
  • Receive and produce quotes, process and fulfill orders
  • Preparing quotes, sending emails, scheduling appointments and maintaining client records
  • Assemble basic equipment
  • Schedule and confirm daily calendar
  • Print and process approvals
  • Receive and process payments on accounts, cash, or credit cards

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma
  • Excellent communication skills; fluent in English (both verbal and written)
  • Able to be a team player and work effectively with clients and coworkers
  • Excellent over-the-phone and face-to-face etiquette
  • Excellent paperwork organization skills
  • Efficient work ethic
  • Strong computer skills with Google Apps and Microsoft Office
  • A strong work ethic and outgoing positive attitude
  • Can work independently and problem solve when issues arise
  • Must have excellent customer service, organizational and time-management skills and be detail-oriented
  • Competent to perform the Services in a healthcare setting
  • Familiarity with Windward Software is an asset
  • A Criminal Record Check — required
