The program coordinator is a key player in our team. This person will coordinate and manage the various aspects of a project or program. The coordinator will be responsible for managing workflows to ensure tasks are kept on schedule, fulfilling orders, and maintaining communication with all program members.


  • Receive referral forms by email and/or fax
  • Enter referrals into the system and create a profile package
  • Confirm stock and availability of equipment
  • Schedule deliveries, installations and pick up of equipment
  • Invoice all new and renewed client equipment
  • Enter and complete monthly spreadsheets
  • Contact clients or Occupational Therapists regarding past due equipment
  • Send letters and contact Health Authorities for extended equipment
  • Scan invoices and referrals for billing
  • Complete quotes for equipment buyouts


  • High School Diploma
  • Excellent communication skills; fluent in English (both verbal and written)
  • Strong computer skills with Google Apps and Microsoft Office
  • A strong work ethic and outgoing positive attitude
  • Can work independently and problem solve when issues arise
  • Must have excellent customer service, organizational and time-management skills and be detail-oriented
  • Competent to perform the Services in a healthcare setting
  • A Criminal Record Check — required
