Vertical Channels from toes to mid-thigh provide directional flow distal to proximal.
This garment style is appropriate for clients who have intact lymph nodes, however, lymphatic insufficiency is suspected, edema, or indurate tissue such as exhibited in Primary Lymphedema.
Choose vertical channels if you are directing fluid to the popliteal and inguinal lymph nodes.
Zipper modification is placed on the anterior seam from ankle to the top of the garment. Tribute garment provides apx. 30 mmHg of compression at the ankle. Outer Jacket (OJ) will increase compression by approx. 10 mmHg
- Appropriate for clients who have intact lymph nodes but lymphatic insufficiency is suspected, as well as edema and indurate tissue as exhibited in primary lymphedema.
- Vertical channels are recommended to direct fluid to the popliteal and inguinal lymph nodes.
- Provides approximately 28-30 mmHg of gradient compression distally to 18-20 mmHg proximally.
