WORK HISTORY AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Customer service: 1 year (required)
  • Data entry: 1 year (required)
  • High school Graduation is required. Post secondary education is preferred
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Previous experience in Home Healthcare customer service focused employment is desirable
  • Applicants with relevant experience in customer service, data entry, retail sales are always welcome, but the right personality and genuine desire to work within the Team environment and assisting customers is important. Full Training will be provided.
  • Criminal Record Check is required.

FUNCTIONS FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE:

  • Provide customer service by answering incoming calls from customers, therapists, healthcare professionals, assisting in-store sales with walk in customers.
  • Process new order intakes, efficiently and effectively, an attention to detail regarding billing, work orders, deliveries, service, rental equipment, demonstration of equipment and assisting with arranging trials of equipment for customers.
  • The position is Monday through Friday, and offers a competitive salary, Group benefits, including medical and dental coverage, life insurance and long-term disability, industry training, opportunities for advancement. We support personal and professional growth.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer literate with Microsoft Office, Internet, and email
  • Technical skills: knowledge and experience with mechanical and electrical systems
  • Listens well and retains instructions; accepts constructive feedback from supervisor.
  • Requires pushing, pulling, including occasional lifting of 100 lbs.
  • A strong work ethic and outgoing positive attitude
  • Can work independently and problem solve when issues arise.
  • Must have excellent customer service, organizational and time management skills and detail oriented.
  • Competent to perform the Services in a healthcare setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Starting at $21/hr, wage depends on past experience and skill level. 

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift Monday-Friday, Some Saturdays
