Shipping Policy
All online orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Your order will then be confirmed. You will be notified of any changes to your order as soon as possible.
Your payment will not be processed until we confirm your order.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. There may be a potential delay in your order due to unforeseen circumstances. If so, you will be notified as soon as possible.
Our team will assist you with shipping details for orders placed over the phone or via email.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer flat rate shipping across Canada starting at $25 (excluding British Columbia).
Shipping option
Local delivery
Deliveries are made between 1pm-10pm Monday to Friday. We will contact you by email to notify you of the delivery date and time. Items will be left at the front door unless otherwise requested.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 265 Schoolhouse Street in Coquitlam, BC V3K 4Y1. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, we will send you an email when your order is ready for pickup.
Our in-store pickup hours are 9:00 am-5:00 pm on Monday to Friday and 9:00am-4:00pm Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you arrive.
International Shipping
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at service@bcmedequip.com or call 604-888-8811 with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We are able to ship to PO boxes via Canada Post only.
