The Geo-Matrix™ Gel overlay is constructed of 1.5” thick dry polymer gel. The Geo-Matrix overlay is designed for use over an existing foam mattress. This overlay is indicated for prevention and maintenance of skin health and the treatment of early stage, non-complex pressure injuries. Each overlay comes with a four-way stretch, fluid proof, anti-microbial cover.
