They are amazing. Because of my mom’s walker, we had to go different stores and other companies, but none of them can compare with BC Medequip. I met some sales people in BC Medequip including Ms. Selena, who was super respectful, care for the clients including us so much and we felt guilty how much time she spent with us. Even my dad requested water and she brought water for both of my parents and asked me if I needed water as well. She did unbelievable work for us, and we did purchase the best walker that has everything we wanted.
