I had a fantastic experience working with Bill Anderson to find my perfect manual wheelchair. From the beginning, he took the time to truly listen to what I wanted and needed. Bill made several visits to my home, allowing me to try out different chairs and explore all the available options. He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, recommending multiple setups and ultimately putting together exactly what I was looking for.
Once I placed my order, Bill even provided me with a temporary chair to use while I waited for mine to be built. This was an unexpected and thoughtful gesture that made a huge difference. When mine finally arrived he delivered it himself to my place on a rush special trip. Before he left he made sure I was comfortable with the setup.
He went above and beyond every step of the way, and I couldn’t be more grateful for his dedication and support.
