The foam overlay is constructed of 2” thick gel infused memory foam. The overlay is designed for use over an existing foam mattress. This overlay is indicated for prevention and maintenance of skin health and the treatment of early stage, non-complex pressure injuries. Each overlay comes with a four-way stretch, fluid proof, anti-microbial cover.
