The staff is extraordinarily helpful and kind. Either for fitting the product or explaining all the features of the product you may need. Very professional and respectful for fitting!! They shipped for us the same day a glove we needed!! I hope I don’t misspell her name but Mikaela showed us what a best in class customer service is. More Physiotherapists should send their patients here. You visit this kind of stores when you are not at your best, after surgery or recovering from an injury and this team treats you -or your beloved one- in a way that is so professional; taking the time to fully listen and help you, like everything stops only to be present with you and help you. You can immediately perceive when people there have true vocation and love for what they do. Thanks a lot!

Fabulous experience! I came here for my father and for myself to get compression stockings and they handled our needs professionally and with great care.
